The quote form asks for, and we store:
We use this to prepare your quote, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of the work. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Clarity records what is technically a session replay: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, approximate location from your IP address, and your browser and device type. It also builds heatmaps from that activity.
Clarity masks text content by default, and we do not send it your name, email address or telephone number. When a quote is submitted we tell Clarity only that a submission happened, along with the service you chose, your ZIP code and which form you used.
Microsoft processes this data under its own terms. You can read them at privacy.microsoft.com.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
This website sets no advertising cookies. Microsoft Clarity sets its own cookies to recognise a returning session. The quote tool, which only staff sign in to, stores a session cookie and a small number of interface preferences in your browser.
Quote records are kept for as long as we may need them for the job, for warranty questions and for our tax and accounting obligations. Clarity data is retained by Microsoft according to its own schedule. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin.lcco@icloud.com or call 803-913-3457 and we will respond within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
You can opt out of Clarity entirely by enabling “Do Not Track” or a tracker blocker in your browser. The site works normally either way.
This is a service for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
