These terms cover your use of this website and the online quote tool. They are not the contract for your building work — that is a separate written agreement signed before any work begins.
A quote produced from this site is prepared from the information you give us and from satellite imagery of the property. It is an estimate. The final price depends on a site visit, and can change for reasons that are not visible from above — ground conditions, access, slope, utilities, obstructions, permit requirements, or a survey line that differs from what the imagery suggests.
Measurements shown on a quote are taken from a drawing over aerial imagery and are approximate.
Accepting a quote online records that you agree to the scope and the price as quoted on that date. It reserves nothing by itself: we will contact you to arrange a site visit and a start date, and the work is confirmed by a written agreement between us.
A quote link expires, and the price it shows is the price on the day it was sent. Material costs move.
A deposit is normally required to schedule work. The amount is shown on your quote. Nothing is charged automatically through this website — we tell you how to pay and you send it directly. This site does not take card payments and does not store card details.
You may use this site to learn about our work and to ask for a quote. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, access parts of it you have not been given access to, or submit anything false or unlawful through the forms.
The text, photographs and layouts on this site belong to Low Country Custom Outdoors unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission. Project photographs show our own completed work.
We keep this site running as best we can but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the website itself. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the building work we actually carry out, which is governed by your written agreement with us and by South Carolina law.
